Paid Engagements for Physician-Owned Practices
Four ways to work together, one clear way to start. Complete a short client intake, and you will get a written proposal with the scope, the result we will stand behind and the fee.

Where most practices start. We find out what is really going on and hand you a findings memo, a KPI scorecard and a 90-day plan.

Senior operating leadership a few days a week, for practices that need someone running operations without a full-time hire.

Monthly retainer or single sessions.
A standing review with the owners or administrator to keep decisions tied to the right measures.
Read moreHow fees work
We do not publish prices. Here is how every fee is built, so there are no surprises when the proposal arrives.
Set by scope
Fees follow practice size, number of sites and what the work covers. You see the full fee in writing before anything starts.
Fixed, never hourly
No hourly billing and no surprise invoices. The Baseline is a single fixed fee; ongoing work is a flat monthly fee.
Billed in advance
Each month or phase is billed at the start, so the budget is known and the work never waits on paperwork.
No contingency deals
We do not take a cut of recovered revenue. Our advice stays about what is right for the practice.
