Our work involves analyzing operational and financial information, identifying opportunities, and helping practice leadership build and implement improvement plans. Final decisions rest with the practice and its authorized leadership.

Edison Breakwater works with clients to use the minimum information necessary for each engagement. Initial analyses use aggregated or de-identified information where practical. When an engagement requires access to protected health information, appropriate contractual and security safeguards are established before access is provided.
